We process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain amount, and we reserve the right to change this amount at any time. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
International Shipping Policy:
For international orders, we offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. The shipping time will depend on the destination country, but typically, orders arrive within 7-14 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be incurred upon delivery. We cannot provide an estimate of these fees as they vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer care team to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange the item(s).
